urban experience through a more restrained lens. Designed in collaboration with MLKK Studio, the concept centres on balance — where architecture and environment work together to create a sense of pause rather than movement.
The design draws from the idea of “Skyline in Frame,” taking the city’s vertical intensity and translating it into something more contained and contemplative. Rather than replicating the skyline directly, it is softened into layered impressions — glimpsed through greenery, textured surfaces, and curved architectural forms that subtly shift perspective.

Material choices reinforce this direction. Warm stone, matte finishes, and woven elements create a tactile environment that feels grounded, while filtered light and natural textures soften the overall space. The result is less about visual impact, and more about how the space is experienced over time.
At the centre of the boutique is a scent discovery concept that moves away from traditional sampling. Fragrances are presented through sculptural light boxes that respond to movement — opening to release scent through a controlled airflow system. The experience is designed to unfold gradually, allowing each fragrance to be encountered more intuitively, shaped by proximity and interaction rather than immediacy.

The space reflects a broader shift in retail, where physical environments are becoming less transactional and more experiential. Here, fragrance is not presented as a product alone, but as part of a slower, more considered process of discovery.
