Where food tastes like home, and every dish tells a story.
Newly opened this July in Tsim Sha Tsui, Siaw “友” brings the soul of Thai street food and the warmth of friendship to Hong Kong. Founded by Chef Art Sinlaparkorn and General Manager Pae Promkerdkid, the restaurant is built on a decade-long friendship and shared love for authentic Thai flavours.
Expect classic comfort dishes like Pad Krapow and Boat Noodles, alongside unique finds like Soft Shell Crab Yellow Curry, Crispy Catfish Green Mango Salad, and the city’s first Pan-Grilled Coconut Rice Pancake (Khanom Krok). Siaw blends tradition and innovation in a cosy, countryside-inspired setting designed to feel like home.
With bold flavours, nostalgic touches, and a welcoming vibe, Siaw is more than a Thai restaurant—it’s a place to gather, eat, and celebrate connection.
